I had a suspicion they \enrich\ their products with glucose/glucose-fructose/fructose in syrup/powder (or combination of these) to save on sugar since their debut back then, but now I'm 100% sure. For those who don't know, glucose and fructose in the forms of powders and syrups are much more sweeter than sugar, while being much cheaper than it, and that allows to introduce savings in the long run. However, glucose and fructose are definitely much more addictive and much more damaging to health (especially liver and heart) than normal sugar, according to decades of data. From now on, I officially boycott this bakery and will inform my friends to not buy their products; at least until they would stop spiking them with G/F syrups and/or powders instead of only regular sugar (and I don't care if their suppliers deliver only with G/F stuff - I will buy elsewhere, where they verify with their contractors for quality). You should do the same.

Dla jednego z właścicieli który z nami rozmawiał nasączone pączem a wlane do mas mnóstwo alkoholu to jest różnica.. Chamstwo właścicielom nie zależy na klientach. Moim zdaniem omijać szerokim łukiem jak ktoś nie chce się rozczarować tak jak my w dniu urodzin naszej córeczki
